HOW TO INSTALL

Please follow the step-by-step guide below to install your Diamond Stitching Custom Luxury Car Mats in no time.

Front

Remove the old floor mats from the vehicle before laying down your custom-made mats.
We advise you to begin installation from the driver side of the vehicle.
You can identify the appropriate mat for the driver's side by examining the heel grip.
Next, adjust the driver's seat all the way back and slide the mat into place.
Then slide the built-in clips along the sides to fully secure the mats in place.
Repeat the same steps with the passenger side mat.

Rear

Adjust the drivers and passenger seat all the way forward to install the back-row mats.
Place the mats across the floor, and they should slide just right in.
Lastly, add the built-in clips wherever they're needed to fully secure the mats in place.
Every set of mat comes with a collection of built-in clips. However, it's not essential to use them all.
Now the installation of your new custom-made car mats is complete.

NOTE: Once you receive your Diamond Stitching Custom Luxury Car Mats, you can simply set them in the sun to get rid of creases that may have formed during shipping. However, this is unnecessary as creases tend to fold out over time.

Are the custom car mats all-weather floor mats?
Yes, our mats are very flexible and made to protect your vehicle against all seasons. The mats are waterproof, very durable against snow and mud and easy to clean.

How do I clean the custom car mats?
Our car mats can be taken out and hosed down like a normal mat. They can also stay in and be vacuumed and wiped down if they are not too muddy.

Are the car mats easy to install?
Yes, it takes 3 mins to install. You do not need to take out the original carpets.

Does the car mats fit manual transmission vehicles?
Yes, our custom car mats fit both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Can you accommodate different interior layouts?
Yes, we can customize the car floor mats to fit different floor layouts in the vehicle. E.g. if you have captain seats on the 2nd row. Please let us know your needs and we will add the details to your order.

What if I'm not happy with the fitment?
If against expectations you're not happy with the fitment of your custom car floor mats we will amend your mats and ship them out to you free of charge.

I can’t find my car model?
Please ask us if you don’t see your model. We have 98% of all car models from 2000-2025 on file.

When do you ship after I order?
We ship orders Monday–Friday. Please allow 5-8 business days processing time to make your custom car mats before we ship.

How long will it take for my order to arrive once shipped?
For customers within the United States, your order should arrive within 5 - 10 business days after processing via FedEx or UPS. We ship other international orders via EMS. Average delivery time is 10 - 20 business days depending on your location.

Both front mat don’t really stay against the transmission tunnel. This will cause issues as you drive and they don’t stay where they were intended. Both front mat requiring continuously re-tucking the mat’s tabs in under the transmission/gear-shift hard-plastic covering…both sides. If you overlook that issue - then the mats look good.

The front seat and second seat are very nice, but I wasted my money on the trunk. I never use my 3rd row because you have to crawl over the 2nd row to get to it. When I got my trunk liner, I thought it would cover my trunk with the 3rd row down. It does not. The piece is small and not worth the $130.00, but it would be if it covered the area with the 3rd row seating in the down position.

These mats are very nice... Installed 4 mats into my new Honda Accord Hybrid and they look great. In comparison, I have purchased Weather tech mats in the past and they are also good floor mats. Yet, "Custom car mats" does a much better job at overall coverage. They cover ~15% more area than Weathertech mats. If you are messy and get dirt all over your floors, these are the mats you want. In some areas I had the take off the molding and slip the mat under the molding to secure the mats. Using a screwdriver, I gently lifted the molding, slid mat under and resecured the molding. Definitely a custom made product, they fit precisely in my case.

These add a nice look to the vehicle. Little disappointed how they fit on the outside edge. They were a little wide, i ended up removing the door sill moldings and installing under the edge of the door sill moldings. Had to do this on front and the back seat area too. Still looks nice, just expected a little better quality for being custom made. Glad i was able to get them for 50% off, at full price i likely would have been trying to return them.

Package arrived in good condition & with Velcro squares, but no written instructions. Where do I put the Velcro? I figured out the placement fine, but the lack of instructions, or to a link where I can find instructions should absolutely be included. The front mats were well-measured, and the rear mat was about 80% perfect. It has two areas where another stitch/fold were needed but absent. Overall a good looking product.
